API is a state-funded organization with nationwide scope subordinate to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic. It is the intermediary entity for the support subsidy programs of the Operational Program Entrepreneurship and Innovation for Competitiveness (OP PIK 2014–2020) and the Operational Program Technology and Applications for Competitiveness (OP TAK 2021–2027).
